2. Prepare cargo before dispatch
Receive and identify
Bring together orders, suppliers, products and quantities. Identifying cartons makes checks and consolidation easier.
Complete agreed checks
Define counting, photos, inspection and acceptance criteria before preparation. Resolve discrepancies while the cargo is still in China.
Pack and consolidate
Agree on protection, labels and grouping. Fragile, heavy or incompatible products may need separate preparation.
Measure and confirm
After packing, confirm weight, dimensions and carton count. Review transport, documents and responsibilities before dispatch.
3. Understand your freight quote
An initial estimate can change after cargo preparation. Actual weight, dimensions, method, route and destination inform the quote. Confirm the carrier’s volumetric weight calculation too: a large, light carton may be charged differently from its weight on a scale.

- Packing, consolidation, labels and requested services.

- Destination charges, taxes, clearance and local delivery according to the operation.
Request an itemized proposal. Do not assume commission, international freight or delivery includes all costs in Brazil.
4. What to send for a shipping quote
- Links or photos and product descriptions, including materials and intended use.
- Quantities and estimated carton count.
- Weight and dimensions per carton, if available.
- Destination city, postal code and delivery address type in Brazil.
- Desired timeline and whether goods come from multiple suppliers.
- Any batteries, liquids, powders, magnets or other special product characteristics.
5. Documents and responsibilities
Before shipping, confirm recipient details, product descriptions, quantities, values and the documents requested for your operation. The proposal should clarify who handles transport, clearance, taxes and final delivery.

6. Follow the shipment and check on arrival
Keep cargo references and the tracking details provided for your shipping method. Timelines are estimates; agree on shipment milestones and how to follow updates.
On arrival, check cartons, photograph packaging and record damage or quantity discrepancies. Send order details and evidence to WeMartX to review next steps with the parties involved.

Yes, consolidation can be coordinated based on arrival, compatibility and cargo requirements. Agree on preparation and dispatch timing.
Is there a fixed price per kilogram?
Pricing depends on products, chargeable weight, volume, method, route and destination. Send cargo details for a suitable proposal.
Will the goods be delivered to my door?
Confirm the delivery point and included stages in your proposal. Airport, port and final-address services can have different costs and responsibilities.
How do I evaluate cargo insurance?
Ask about availability, coverage, exclusions and damage reporting procedures before dispatch. Do not assume freight includes insurance.
