STEP 01Choose products and define the details
Send product links or a purchasing list. If you only have a photo, describe the material, dimensions and intended use to guide sourcing.
Confirm variants and quantities per SKU. For customized items, share artwork and specifications before requesting a proposal.
A similar photo does not guarantee the same product.
STEP 02Review suppliers and purchasing conditions
Align availability, minimum quantities, preparation time and product information with suppliers.
Decide whether you need a sample before a larger order and which characteristics need checking.
A sample helps you evaluate a product; it does not replace batch checks.
STEP 03Review the proposal and authorize purchasing
Request separate amounts for products, China domestic shipping, purchasing support, inspection, packaging and other requested services.
Confirm items, quantities, currency, quote validity, payment terms and how changes will be approved.
International freight may be estimated now and revised after packing.
STEP 04Follow receiving and inspection
After purchasing, coordinate receiving and agreed checks: quantities, appearance, variants, photos and packaging.
Agree in advance whether checks cover a sample or every unit, and whether specific functional tests are required.
If discrepancies are found, agree on a supplier resolution before international shipment.
STEP 05Prepare and consolidate cargo
Orders from different suppliers can be combined according to compatibility and availability. Agree on labels and packaging adjustments.
Review the product and carton list, required protection, dimensions and weight after preparation.
Volumetric weight can also affect freight pricing.
STEP 06Confirm transport and documents
Compare available options by product type, cost, estimated timeline and destination.
Confirm what transport includes and who handles documents, taxes, customs clearance and final delivery.
Restricted products and goods with special requirements need review before dispatch.
STEP 07Receive and check your order
Keep tracking details or cargo references. On arrival, check cartons, quantities and product condition.
Photograph packaging and damage, record differences from the order and send the details to WeMartX to review next steps.
Keep records and report issues as soon as you identify them.
