A low commission does not show the full cost of an order. Compare proposals for the same product, quantity and service scope.
1. Service fee or comprehensive product price?
A proposal may show a separate service fee or include remuneration in the product selling price. WeMartX identifies the applicable model before confirmation. Ask which services are included and avoid adding a fee already included in the price.
2. Why does pricing vary?
One supplier requires different coordination from many suppliers with multiple variants and packaging requirements. Sourcing, samples, checks, labels and preparation affect the scope. Request pricing for your actual order rather than assuming a fixed percentage.
3. Compare the same cost components
Identify goods, supplier transport within China, purchasing support, inspection, packaging and international freight. Clarify included and excluded costs in Brazil, currency, quotation validity and transfer or conversion charges. Assign responsibility for each stage.
4. Compare preparation as well as unit price
Two suppliers may quote the same unit price while only one provides suitable packaging. Compare equivalent quantities and destinations including additional preparation and domestic transport. This illustrates a comparison method; it is not a customer case or a price list.
5. What can change after an estimate?
Freight can change after cartons are packed, weighed and measured. A large light carton can have a higher chargeable weight than its actual weight. Agree how specification, quantity, packaging and route changes affect the proposal.
6. What should be confirmed before payment?
Purchasing costs must be funded before supplier orders. Other payments follow the agreed schedule. Confirm specifications, quantities, pricing model, services, estimated timing and inspection records in writing. Settle agreed outstanding costs before dispatch.
7. What to send for a quote
Send product links, quantities per variant, packaging requirements and the city and postal code in Brazil. Explain whether suppliers are already chosen or you also need sourcing support.
