Before paying for a 1688 order, turn the listing into specifications and agree how goods will be received, checked and prepared in China.
1. Prepare your product list
Save each listing link and specify model, material, size, color, quantity per variant and packaging. Include a reference image and your destination city and postal code in Brazil. Similar listing photos do not prove identical products.
2. Confirm with the supplier
Check minimum quantities per variant, applicable price tier, availability and preparation time. Confirm whether photos represent the exact product. Record specifications and conditions before ordering and consider samples for unfamiliar products.
3. Assign purchasing responsibilities
Agree who contacts suppliers, places orders, coordinates receiving and handles discrepancies. An agent can coordinate these tasks within an agreed scope. Confirm the scope in writing.
4. Review the full proposal
Identify the pricing model, goods, domestic transport and additional services. Separate estimated international freight from final freight after packing and measurement. Clarify responsibilities and costs in Brazil.
5. Agree on inspection criteria
Specify counting, photos, visual variant checks, packaging and labels before receiving. Visual checks do not replace technical testing or certifications. Record discrepancies and review solutions while goods are still in China.
6. Coordinate multiple suppliers
Keep an order list and identify cartons by supplier. Agree on consolidation timing and products that need protection or separation. Waiting for a late supplier can affect the schedule.
7. Confirm shipment to Brazil
Review weight, dimensions, carton count, transport method and destination after preparation. Assign responsibility for transport, clearance, taxes and delivery. Have responsible professionals review special product requirements before purchasing and dispatch.
8. Start with a complete request
Send links or photos, quantities, variants, packaging, destination and desired timing. Identify batteries, liquids or other special characteristics so the proposal can address the appropriate scope.
